  • Dazz offers Instant Gift Vouchers in various denominations that can be used to purchase your choice of Gold and Diamond Jewellery.
  • The following T&Cs are applicable for Dazz Instant Gift Voucher(s) redeemable only on the Dazz website and M-Site..

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

This is a Dazz Jewellery Instant Gift Voucher / Card (GV) and would be accepted only on Dazz website and on Dazz mobile site.

  1. As per RBI guidelines, customer’s government ID proof (PAN CARD) is mandatory for orders above Rs.2 Lakhs.
  2. Dazz Gold Coin Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / (Gift Card) can only be used to purchase Gold Coins.
  3. Dazz Gold Jewellery Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / (Gift Card) can only be used to purchase Gold Jewellery.
  4. Dazz Diamond Jewellery Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / (Gift Card) can only be used to purchase Diamond Jewellery.
  5. More than one Gift Voucher (GV) can be used in one bill.
  6. Partial usage of gift voucher(s) is allowed till the expiry.
  7. No Credit note / Refund for the unused amount of the Gift Voucher (GV) will be given if expired.
  8. Dazz Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / (Gift Card) cannot be revalidated once expired.
  9. This Voucher is only entitled to a credit to the extent of the face value of the Voucher.
  10. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Voucher, the balance is non-refundable but can be used for the next purchase.
  11. No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost, mutilated or defaced voucher(s).
  12. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon Code, the coupon discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit.
  13. Dazz offers a 100% refund on orders placed online if returns are made within 30 days from the date of the delivery.
  14. No refunds on Customised/International order returns.
  15. No refunds on Coin order returns.
  16. If an Instant Gift Voucher (GV) / (Gift Card) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.
  17. For any queries related to Gift Voucher (GV) or Gift Card (GC), raise a request at sales@dazz.co.in from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. IST, Monday to Sunday.

Limitation of liability

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure or performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, the act of God, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause of action. You also specifically acknowledge that Dazz Jewels PVT LTD is not liable for your defamatory, offensive, infringing or illegal materials or conduct or that of third parties.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

The law of certain countries may not allow limitations on warranties or damages as described above. If such law applies to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions or warranties may not apply to you and you may have additional rights. However, in no event shall Dazz's aggregate liability to you for all claims, damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid to Dazz Jewels PVT LTD by you for accessing the dazz.co.in website.
